This is the easiest step of how to gain weight, but also the step that is so easy to get wrong. You must, you must, you MUST get plenty of rest. Listen, you spent all that time working out and tearing down your muscles, building up lactic acid. Now it’s gonna take allot of rest to repair all that damage and build up some muscle on top of it.
