one thing nobody talks about is taste. i got the chocolate and it taste good. they say to mix with water so i did. you dont need milk, it taste good with water.

I took this a couple wks, gained 7 lbs. it's got 610 calories and 50 grams protein in each serving. so it worked for me.

It's expensive. The whole container only lasted me a week. I did gain weight, but I could of been eating steak and drinking beer all week for what this stuff cost.
