Don't like the smell
I tried it and couldn't put up with the smell. I carry some with me to take during the day. But, I could smell these during the day.
Lots of vitamins.
The list of vitamins and quantity is pretty long. It also has some amino acids.

This is a good multivitamin. I feel as if they are working. It does turn your pee yellowy green.
